With more than eight years of nursing experience, including six years in hospice and palliative care, Kacie serves as the Director of Clinical Services at CareFor. In this role, she leads interdisciplinary teams dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care at the end of life. Guided by a leadership philosophy rooted in empathy, integrity, and accountability, Kacie specializes in training clinical staff and cultivating a culture of dignity and respect for patients and their families during life’s most vulnerable transitions. Outside of work, she enjoys time with a growing family and remains passionate about lifelong learning, continually seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

A Texas transplant, Anne moved to the state at a young age when her father took a position as a physician for NASA. After leaving Houston, Anne pursued nursing studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her nursing career began in the cardiovascular ICU, followed by a year of critical care nursing in Hawaii. Upon returning to Fort Worth, Anne discovered a profound passion for home health nursing. Having lived in Austin for over 20 years, Anne balances a fulfilling career with family life, including two children and four grandchildren. Outside of work and family time, Anne enjoys baking, gardening, and reading.

Born in Topeka, KS, Adrienne has established her career and family life in Austin over the past 14 years. With a rich background in international service as a former Peace Corps volunteer, Adrienne met her husband abroad, and together they have built a fulfilling life centered around their two children, Lola and Desmond. An advocate of continuous learning and global exploration, Adrienne and her family actively seek out new experiences and adventures. When not engaged in her professional pursuits, she dedicates her time to outdoor activities, discovering new music, and exploring the vibrant culinary scene that Austin has to offer. After earning her degree from Angelo State University, she relocated to Austin in 1995, where she has since established a distinguished career. Deb is a dedicated family matriarch, with four children and four grandchildren who are central to her life. Her family’s active lifestyle reflects their shared passions for sports, nature, and spirituality. Deb finds tranquility and rejuvenation in hiking and outdoor activities. As a parent to two energetic boys, Mateo and Ayden, along with a family dog, Summer, Karena balances professional expertise with a vibrant family life. Nikki Hudnall, RN, CHPN, is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse with 36 years of nursing experience, including 19 years devoted to supporting patients and families through hospice and palliative care. She considers it a true privilege to walk beside people during some of their most vulnerable moments, offering care grounded in love, kindness, compassion, and respect.
When she’s not at work, Nikki enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams, relaxing at the beach, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her beloved dog.
Mandy Stalcup

Mandy Stalcup is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and her master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
Throughout her career, Mandy has worked in schools, community mental health settings, hospitals, and residential substance abuse treatment programs. Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, interpersonal neurobiology, cultural humility, advocacy, social justice, equitable access to resources, expressive arts and play therapy.
Mandy is committed to walking alongside patients and families with compassion, respect, and a deep belief in every person’s dignity and resilience.

With a background in nonprofit work, most recently in refugee resettlement, Tricia’s professional experience has centered around helping others and extending hospitality, and she’s eager to continue by welcoming new caregivers to CareFor. She embraces the challenge of bringing order and fun to chaos, usually by cheering at one of her three kids’ extracurricular activities. When she’s not embracing the joys of a road trip, boba tea, or laughter-filled moments with friends, Tricia might be found connecting with those around her by teaching piano lessons through her piano studio side hustle, gathering people in her home for a meal, or belting out a song at private room karaoke.

Dee, a true Austinite, was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Her background in senior care spans over two decades. Her passion and extensive training lie in dementia and aging studies, with a master’s degree from Texas State University in 2016. When not assisting families, Dee is actively involved in the lives of her four children. She enjoys the outdoors and finds solace in relaxing at the beach.
