Understanding Your Options Is Easy with CareFor
In-home care is private, customized care offered in your home for up to 24 hours per day. Unlike home health care services, in-home care has no definitive end date and does not require a physician’s order. At CareFor, we take the time to get to know our clients so that we can provide them with customized care that makes them feel supported, safe, and comfortable at home.
In-home care offers myriad benefits for you or your loved one, and CareFor is by your side to ensure you receive exceptional care that aligns with your needs and makes you feel safe and supported. Help your loved one continue living in the place they love with the guiding support of CareFor. In-home care offers personalized care, companionship, and most of all, peace of mind.

A care plan is a customized plan that aligns with you or a loved one’s needs and budget. The CareFor team will assess you or a loved one’s needs for care through our comprehensive, client-first approach. Once a care plan has been developed and shared with you or a loved one, we will match you with a trusted, professional caregiver ready to provide exceptional care.
At CareFor, we take a client-first approach to home care. We do everything in our power to ensure our clients have a high quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. In-home care services may be beneficial to clients who fit the following:
• A loved one who desires to stay at home, but needs assistance to do so safely
• A loved one with a family caregiver who is looking to step away from their responsibilities
• A loved one with mild cognitive impairment (i.e. symptoms are not as severe as Alzheimer’s disease or dementia)
• A loved one who was recently hospitalized, injured, or suffers from a chronic condition or illness
• A loved one looking for companionship and social connection
The cost of in-home care is dependent on the client’s customized care plan. During our onboarding process, we analyze all factors of your loved one’s life to determine the appropriate care plan to support their needs and align with their family’s desires. We also understand that your loved one’s care plan is likely to evolve over time.
We are committed to ensuring our clients receive the best possible care, which is why we will work with you to determine care that aligns with your loved one’s needs. We can also assist with long-term care insurance and the filing of claims.
At CareFor, we accept private pay and long-term care insurance only.
No, Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) only cover home health services, which are part-time or intermittent based on the client’s need. Home health services include things like durable medical equipment, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical supplies at home, and more.
At CareFor, our services offered are paid privately without Medicare. However, we are here to help! We accept long-term care insurance policies and will work with you to determine the optimal care for your needs and budget.
At CareFor, we work day in and day out to ensure our client’s care plans are compliant with their physician’s orders. We always coordinate with our client’s physician before beginning any care plan. Our expert team of registered nurses and licensed medical social workers will handle all of the details, coordinating with your physician and team of healthcare professionals to ensure your care aligns with your needs.
If your loved one holds a long-term care insurance policy, in-home care may be covered within their policy, but that is not always the case. We are standing by to discuss your billing questions. Please give us a call today at (512) 338-4533 to speak directly with one of our dedicated team members.
We are passionate about continuity of care, working diligently to ensure you or your loved one receives the same level of care from the same individual throughout their time with CareFor.
Exceptional, personalized in-home care starts with matching clients with the right caregiver. We understand that care needs evolve over time, and we will work with you and your loved one to ensure you are paired with the right caregiver to support your unique needs.
If for any reason, you or a loved one would like to be reassigned to a different caregiver, you may reach out to our dedicated team to discuss. Need more information? Give us a call today at (512) 338-4533.
